教育公平视域下南非成人学习政策探究

在学习是每一个人基本权利的理念指导下,南非政府致力于从政策的理念设计、发展规划、实施部门和质量框架等方面入手,构建了较为完善的成人学习政策体系。在相关政策的推动下,南非在成人基础教育与培训、继续教育与培训以及工作场所学习领域得到了一定发展。以教育公平为核心的南非成人学习政策体现了对学习权力的尊重、对部门合作的重视及对多样化学习方式的关注,有效推动了南非学习型社会的建设。  相似文献

为了帮助运动员们更好更快地提高专业水平,利用科学的训练方法和先进的智能设备已经成为一种趋势。根据专业自行车训练的基本要求和特点,并结合实时的数据分析和处理,制定了一套科学高效的训练方法;通过软硬件的结合,本系统模拟出了真实比赛中的赛道环境,能够减少外部因素对运动员模拟训练的制约,创造更加真实、便捷的训练途径。该系统具有方便快捷、交互友好、科学高效、节能环保的特点,可以克服专业教练和训练场地的制约,帮助运动员在更短的时间内更快地提高竞技水平,具有很好的应用价值。  相似文献   

The Sporting Lives of Sir Shenton Thomas and the Male European Internees at Changi Prison Camp During the Japanese Occupation of Singapore, 1942–1945

During the Japanese occupation of British Malaya and Southeast Asia from the years 1942 to 1945 there were reports of POWs being allowed to play cricket, football, rugby and basketball, as told by Kevin Blackburn in The Sportsmen of Changi published in 2012. This research about the sporting lives of a Governor and male European internees at Singapore's Changi prison is likely to be first detailed research on this topic. The authors depended mainly on four published diaries and 262 issues of the men's camp newspaper, Changi Guardian, to account for the male internees' casual and competitive cricket, football, hockey, volleyball, badminton, tennis and boxing matches that were played during internment. The Japanese Military Administration allowed the male internees to organize their daily lives and play games that they indulged in during the pre-War period as the British dominated the Singapore Cricket Club, Penang Cricket Club and Perak Club. The internees were able to play the various games and matches in spite of the limited food and sparse facilities. Many of the cricket and football games that were played were organized as inter-state, inter-club or league matches. These games were played with improvized equipment and rules.  相似文献   

Cloning and efficient expression of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Bacillus sp.</Emphasis> BH072 <Emphasis Type="Italic">tasA</Emphasis> gene in <Emphasis Type="Italic">Escherichia coli</Emphasis>

The Bacillus strain BH072 isolated from a honey sample showed strong antifungal activity against phytopathogen. Gene cloning test demonstrated that the strain had a tasA gene encoding an antifungal TasA protein. Although the wild strain simultaneously produced various antifungal substances, only the physicochemical property and antifungal activity of TasA protein were unclear due to the difficulty in extraction. In this study, tasA gene encoding the protein from Bacillus sp. BH072 was amplified by using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and cloned into pET 28a (+) vector, and then expressed in host cells Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The expressed proteins were collected by centrifugation and ultrasonic treatment, and then purified by using nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) metal affinity column and dialysis methods. The result of sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) test showed that an expected protein band appeared with a size of 31 kDa. The expressed products possessed antifungal activity against the phytopathogenic indicator strain Botrytis cinerea. A genetically engineered strain tasA of E. coli was established in this study which can efficiently express Tas A protein.  相似文献   

基于物元熵权模型的高校实验室安全管理评价

高校实验室的安全管理是值得广泛研究和探讨的问题。现针对实验室安全管理的特点,建立起实验室安全管理评价指标体系,并根据可拓学中的物元模型与关联函数,将信息论中的熵权理论引入到指标的权重计算,从而建立起高校实验室安全管理综合评价的物元熵权综合评价模型,并运用该模型进行了实例分析,进一步证明了该模型的合理性、有效性和可靠性,对指导高校开展实验室安全管理综合评价具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

人并非单纯地靠理性来支配,不时还要受到思维和行为的惯性制约。把行为规范的期待变成相对稳定的习惯,必须经由一个知、情、意、行相统一,并从“外化”到“内化”的转变过程。教育工作者应充分发挥自身的主导作用,深入分析当下小学生行为习惯养成教育存在的问题与原因,建构一个科学、完善的行为习惯养成教育的策略体系,力求把小学生素质教育真正落到实处。  相似文献   

城市幼儿与流动幼儿入学语言准备的比较研究

以北京市272名城市大班幼儿与流动大班幼儿为研究对象,对其入学语言准备状况进行测查,结果显示：城市幼儿和流动幼儿语言各方面的发展不均衡,细微差异识别、前阅读技能和故事理解方面的发展水平均好于其他方面,基本达到了入学准备的要求,但阅读理解和口语表达能力与入学准备要求差距较大;城市幼儿和流动幼儿除汉字结构意识一项不存在显著差异外,无论是语言总分还是其他各项目得分均存在极其显著的差异,城市幼儿入学语言准备水平显著高于流动幼儿。政府应加大经费投入,提高城市幼儿和流动幼儿所在园教师的专业素质,改善流动幼儿的语言教育状况,有效地缩小流动幼儿与城市幼儿教育质量的差距,以推动教育公平的实现。  相似文献
